Beginning
Coming from a sporting background, Stefano has always been into a healthy way of living. He became interested in becoming a Personal Trainer when he realized how much he could help others to achieve what he has, on a physical and emotional level.
Stefano has been personal training since the age of 21 and hasn't looked back!

My clients who have to battle through physical and emotional plateaus, some of which are tremendous uphill battles but with my help, they will succeed.
Training Schedule
This is how Stefano gets into cover model shape for photo shoots.
General Training Schedule - once per day
Monday: Chest and Back Circuit (45 mins)
Tuesday: Whole Body Kettlebell Circuit (45 mins)
Wednesday: Rest
Thursday: Legs, Shoulders and Abs Circuit (45 mins)
Friday: Whole Body Kettlebell Circuit (45 mins)
Saturday: High Intensity Boxing Circuit (45 mins)
Sunday: Active sports such as rowing or cycling
Pre Photo shoot/Competition Schedule - twice per day with shorter sessions (4 weeks)
