Wayne Gordon aka Gladiator "Doom"                                                          Fitness Celebrity and Expert

Wayne Gordon has a rare combination of striking looks, a phenomenal physique, intelligence, charisma and the manners of a true gentleman.
Wayne is a Presenter, Voice over artist, Actor, Model, World Class athlete, Celebrity Fitness Expert and Gladiator Doom. He has established himself as a unique Media Talent From competing for his country in bobsleigh to featuring in magazines, to Fitness presenting Wayne's achievements have set him apart from the rest.
In 2008 Wayne began the arduous journey in training to be a stuntman, this gave him the opportunity to begin his acting career on TV shows and dramas such as The Bill, East-enders, Holby City, Whistle Blower and his first speaking role on Spooks.
Wayne’s modeling career began several years ago when he was signed by MOT Model Agency, since then he has posed for Argos, Inter-sports, Tesco, Ultra-Fit, Sky and more.


Jamaican born, Wayne first gained his physical education and personal training qualifications whilst serving with the British Armed Forces. He later left the Army and pursued a career with the Physical Education Branch of the Metropolitan Police, where he established the rehabilitation department.
As well as a sports model and a brand ambassador, Wayne passion is fitness and his expertise lies in sport injuries, exercise rehabilitation and strength and conditioning. Wayne is a highly engaging motivational speaker, International Fitness writer and industry renowned fitness expert.

As a Celebrity Fitness experts Wayne is an in demand personal training, instructing clients in how to create the physique they have always wanted. He also advises and motivates people to improve their health and lead more positive balanced lives.

Seminars, Lectures and Motivation
Other areas of expertise include lecturing in Back care, Fitness workshops, Healthy Lifestyle, Physical Activities, Manual Handling and First Aid. Wayne is experienced in lecturing to small or large groups and has obtained a wealth of experience in public speaking on behalf of the Physical Education Department and Pace 'n' Go to schools and the general public.
Wayne is an upstanding and inspirational role model; he has inspired and motivated thousands of young people within schools; through motivational speeches and presentations. He also works within the corporate environment addressing the health, fitness, postural and stress related issues of today’s working life.

Acting and Modeling Television
Wayne has stared as “Doom” in Sky’s entertainment show Gladiators and as since gained huge recognition for his character on the show. Wayne has also modeled for various brands such as Tesco, Argos, Inter Sports and various magazines including Ultra-Fit. His busy career has also seen him in various speaking roles in programs such as East-enders, The Bill, Silent Witness, Spooks and more.

Wayne has also enjoyed treading the boards in numerous Pantomimes, including a staring role as the Evil Queen’s Henchman in Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs and recently commanded the amateur role by wowing audiences as Daddy Brubeck in Sweet Charity.
Wayne retains his chiseled physique by training 6 days a week, with a combination of weight training, circuits, sprinting, plyometrics, horse riding and Pilates. As an established International Feature writer Wayne’s articles have been feature in Famously fit, Men’s fitness, Attitude, and Muscle & Fitness.

Typical training Week

Monday: Olympic lifts (Cleans, back squats, bench press, Romanians and snatch)

Tuesday: Track work and plyometrics

Wednesday: 30mins dumbbell functional session plus core work

Thursday: Track work and circuit

Friday: Olympic lifts (Cleans, front squats, bench press, Romanians and snatch)

Saturday: Complete rest

Sunday: Aerobic session, circuit and core work

Regardless of your daily energy requirements and body weight goals, you should follow a nutrition program that encourages regular food intake. Aim to eat 4-6 small meals per day, with snacks between meals as needed. They should also be encouraged to eat before and after workouts or training. Wayne has been involved in sports from a young age and years on he is still enjoying training and taking part in many sports. However, as part of Pace & Go he wants to pass his knowledge and experiences to the young through school projects and workshops.
Wayne would love to take part in Strictly Come Dancing competing against Jenny or I'm a Celebrity Jungle.
Wayne would also love to represent USN internationally and to be a presenter for the brand when they have their own fitness channel and maintain a lasting partnership with USN.
My goal is to write for various fitness magazines which we are now in the process of doing and plan to write several books on training for kids and create a number of workout DVD’s.
Wayne and Jenny are currently working on a number of television programs and hope to have a series commissioned.
