
An average training and nutritional / supplementation intake for Vaugn before his UFC 144 event (February 2012). As he is in the middle of fight camp training, both supplementation and training is increased massively during this period.

5.00 am - wake up
5.30 am - hill sprints
7.00 am - sleep
10.00 am - sweet potato, carrots,brochli,2 white fish fillets
12.00 pm - Stand up training - pads ,heavy bags , sparring , tuf run
2.30 pm - half chicken breast,steamed broccoli & cauliflower
7.00 pm - wrestling / grappling & strength conditioning
9.30 pm - Grilled Salmon, steamed vegetables
