James Ward Strong Man 90kg Winner
Beginning
I have been into weight training since i left school. I learnt about nutrition and
anatomy at college, and started by bodybuilding at my local gym. I only turned to
strongman this year. i have always been quite strong and wanted to compete against
other people to see where i stood. i have won every competition i've entered so
far and am currently Englands and Britains Strongest Man u90kg.

The thing that inspires me most is wanting to be the strongest. To eventually be the worlds strongest in my weight class and to win as many titles along the way as possible. I couldn't do this without the support of my friends and family and I thank them for following me.

USN Products I use:
I want to retain my titles at u90kg for as many years as possible and add european and hopefully world titles to it. I also want to compete at u105 and win titles there.
I'm also hoping to take part in the strongest man competition in the 2011 Body Power Show.
