Main Inspiration
Those men and women, who work 8-5 jobs, have families and still manage to fit their training sessions in training for Ironman.
Those who finish ironman in 16-17hrs – the only ones left on the race course and who just keep going and don’t give up!!
Disabled athletes who refuse to be beaten by their disabilities – they finish Ironman and other even tougher events always with a determined look on their faces.
Training Schedule
Mondays: easy run 10-12km; swim 4km and gym
Tuesdays: long bike 70-90km; track run 12-15km

USN Supplements used:
EnduroSport
and
CytoPower
Great products to mix together and get both electrolyte replacement as well as carbohydrates lost in training. I really like the taste which is important in a product.
L-Glutamine
Amino acid which helps with muscle breakdown, we use it as an added extra in our diet, it’s easy to take, doesn’t fill you up and helps with recovery and general fatigue
