As with all exercise, nutritional programs and supplementation, please consult your physician first (especially if you have a medical condition). Do not use if you are pregnant or lactating. Remember that an adequate state of hydration must be maintained when using this product. Have at least 8 - 10 large glasses of water per day. High levels of amino acids may cause gastric discomfort in sensitive individuals – reduce dosage or discontinue use if this is the case.
As a dietary supplement mix 2 heaped teaspoons (12g) into 500-750ml of cold water in your waterbottle and shake well for 30 seconds. Depending on your bodyweight, split the following dose before and after your workout:
Under 75kg: Use 2 heaped teaspoons
75kg-85kg: Use 3 heaped teaspoons
85kg and more: Use 4 heaped teaspoons
Regardless of bodyweight, always consume 1 serving (2 heaped teaspoons) immediately after your workout
