Endurosport is a a high energy carb drink with electrolytes and antioxidants, a refreshing sports drink formulated to fuel your muscles with sustained energy whenever you need.  

CARBOHYDRATE-LOADING SUGGESTION:
Carbohydrate-loading (carbo-loading) is a strategy which should be employed by endurance and pre-competition body-building athletes in the 2-3 days prior to events to maximise the storage of glycogen (and water) in the muscles. Carbohydrate is stored as glycogen in the muscles and liver. During a long endurance event an athlete will derive between 80-90% of his energy from carbohydrate, mostly from the muscles’ glycogen stores. Body-builders should initiate carboloading to increase their muscle size and density prior to competition, especially as each gram of glycogen is stored with 2.7g of water. As endurance training is the primary stimulus for increased muscle glycogen synthesis, it is recommended that the athlete
complete a short, high-intensity training session 3-4 days prior to the event, draining glycogen from the stores, and then taking the first high carbohydrate meal within the 4-6 hour  window period after this session.
The carbo-loading days should comprise of tapered exercise sessions in conjunction with 7-10g carbohydrate/kg body weight (about 60-70% of energy intake). Because it is very difficult to achieve this through starch foods alone, USN ENDURO SPORT has been developed to assist you in this process. It primarily consists of carbohydrates (mostly long- and medium-chain glucose polymers, including the high molecular weight Waxy Maize Starch, and a small amount of dextrose) and antioxidants. Antioxidants help fight free radicals, which are formed during intense exercise, causing fatigue and the breakdown of muscle tissue. Endurosport also boosts optimum levels of electrolytes, phosphates and minerals to optimise storage and performance. This drink has been scientifically formulated to promote optimal absorption of all these nutrients into the bloodstream, without gastric side-effects.

For a refreshing sports drink any time of the day, mix one rounded scoop with 300ml cold water or 2 rounded scoops with 600ml cold water. Vary the amount of water to achieve your desired flavour and sweetness level.
  • For carbohydrate loading (Average male): 2 rounded scoops (75g) mixed with 500-600ml water. 
  • Intake should be 3-4 times daily, between meals.
  • For carbohydrate loading (Average female): 1½ scoops (50g) mixed with 400-500ml water.
