Beta-alanine may cause a tingling sensation in sensitive individuals. This normally clears up within 60 minutes, and is a normal and non-dangerous reaction to the product’s mechanism of action. It normally dissipates after a few days of use. However, if this reaction continues and becomes disturbing, please reduce dosage or discontinue.

Keep this product in a cool, dry place out of reach of young children.
Add 3 scoops (75g) to 500-600ml of water and shake or stir vigorously.
Drink within 30 minutes after an event or long training session.
During long, strenuous endurance events or training sessions, take one serving (75g) every 60-90-minutes, taking a few sips every 15-20 minutes. For optimal results, start drinking within 60 minutes before the start of the event or training session.
