Shipping Policy
UK mainland delivery is FREE when shopping online. Please refer to the table belowfor shipping cost to all other countries.
Please ensure that you provide a valid street address where somebody will be availableto receive the parcel between 9am and 5pm as the courier service cannot providespecific delivery times. If you are unlikely to be at home during those hours, pleaseprovide an alternative address.
Orders are dispatched from our premises within 24 hours of being received, excepton a Friday, when orders are dispatched the following Monday. Delivery normallytakes place within 48 hours of placing an order.
Please be aware orders placed over Bank Holiday weekends will be processed the next working day. You can expect delivery 24 hours after your order being processed.

Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return the goods, please contact us to discuss the reason for this. If your refund request is approved, you will be required to return the item(s) to USN in its original condition within 14 days of purchase for a replacement, exchange or refund.
If you receive your order and find that it has been damaged, is defective in anyway or is not the item which you ordered, we will pay for the collection of the item and arrange a replacement or refund. In the event of this occurring, pleasecontact us on 0845 1800 556 between 9.30am to 5.00pm (Mon - Fri) and request return instructions. Please do not return an item without informing us and please ensure that all returned goods are clearly marked with your name and order details. Our return address is:

If returning an item to us which we are not liable to collect at our cost (for example if you ordered the wrong flavour etc), we suggest that you retain proof of postage for your own records in the event of the item/s failing to reach us. Please note that we do not issue refunds if the product has been opened.
PLEASE NOTE: Returned products must meet the following criteria to be eligible fora refund:
1. The item must be in resalable condition, unsoiled and with no damage to the container,lid, seal or label.
2. The item must be unopened.
3. The item must be in the original packaging.
4. The item must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
