After a mass gain eating plan and hardcore training I will look to loose excess fat on a hardcore shredding diet. This will make my muscles appear more defined. Supplements that need to be included in a cutting diet plan must be low carbohydrates, protein shakes like
Pure Protein IGF-1, fat burners like
Xedra Cut and
CLA Thermos are ideal. I also take
BCAA and
L Glutamine to protect the muscle from catabolic action whilst still training on a low calorie diet. Below is an example of my daily plan.
Daily Plan
Train: 1 hour cardio: power walking, stepping or cross training at a steady state.
Daily Meals: split every two hours.
Meal 1. 15 egg whites, 2 yolks, spinach and 80g brown rice
Meal 2. 280g turkey breast whit 200g baked sweet potato with broccoli
Meal 3. 100g salmon and 200g white fish with broccoli
Meal 4. 1 hour after my shake I have 280g of turkey breast and 300g potato with broccoli
Meal 5. 280g turkey with 200g broccoli
Then late evening cardio for 1 hour
Meal 6. 280g turkey breast and 200g sweet potato and broccoli
