ü Limit table salts and sugar – Cut down on products that contain sugar – alternate with Low-salt variants and artificial sweeteners (mostly xylitol, sucralose and sweet fibres).
ü Limit wheat-containing products
ü Limit cooking with oils and fats (use cold pressed flaxseed/canola/extra virgin olive oil)
ü Don’t use butter, use soft sunflower margarine variants where indicated, to optimise essential fatty acid intake.
ü Avoid products rich in preservatives and cold drinks (zero calorie sugar-free drinks are acceptable).
ü Limit alcoholic drinks and full cream dairy products.
ü 1-2 cups of fat-free milk or yoghurt (also sugar-free) can be taken each day and help to promote weight loss.
ü Vegetarian? Low-fat cheese (e.g. Mozzarella, Ricotta, Feta & Edam) could be taken instead of a meat serving (limit to a max of 3 x 60g servings per week).
ü Aim to have your dinner before 7pm in the evenings.
Important Notes and Information About This Diet
Proteins: Contribute to the growth and maintenance of lean muscle. Also a good way of gaining vital protein for busy lifestyles
Carbohydrates: Carbs from mainly low-GI sources have been selected to stabilise blood sugar levels and to act as energy source. The amount of carbs in this diet acts as a catalyst to push your metabolism into hyperdrive and fuel a sustained fat loss process.
Fats: Not all fats are bard, good fats are extremely important for optimal hormone response, central nervous system and brain function, a strong immune system and health in general.
Remember:
· Never train more than 6 consecutive days per week.
· Do not use Xédra-Cut XT Capsimax for more than 5 consecutive days per week.
· Use Xédra-Cut Stimulant Free during the ‘2-off days’ before repeating Xédra-cut XT Capsimax.
