Terms and Conditions: USN UFC-304 Social Media Competition

1. To participate in this competition, you must interact with our Instagram competition post link here. To enter successfully, you must like the post, follow USN UK on Instagram, and tag someone in a comment on the post.
   
   
2. The competition will run from Friday, the 5th of July, to Sunday, the 21st of July, at 11:50 p.m. The winner will be selected randomly from eligible sign-ups and contacted via email on Monday, the 22nd of July. 
   
   
3. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) who are over 18 years of age.
   
   
4. The prizes include two tickets to the UFC 304 event, which will be held on the 27th of July at CO-OP Arena in Manchester, UK, M11 3DU.
   
   
5. USN does not guarantee that UFC Champion Dricus du Plessis will attend the event or make up any part of this prize.  
   
   
6. We reserve the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value. 
   
   
7. Each eligible entry to the USN UFC 304 mailing list will be counted.
   
   
8. The winner will be announced on the @USNUK Instagram channel stories and contacted via Direct Message.
   
   
9. The winner will have two days to respond to claim their prize by providing written acceptance from the date they are contacted. After this time, we reserve the right to select a new winner.
   
   
10. No refund may be claimed for expenses incurred in participating in the promotion, including travel to and from the event or any expenses incurred at the event.
    
    
11. We reserve the right to exclude any entries which we believe to be fraudulent or based on misconduct. USN accepts no liability for lost or incomplete entries.
    
    
12. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives, in whole or in part.
    
    
13. By participating in this promotion, all participants consent to USN collecting, storing, and using their personal data submitted with their entry for the purposes of this promotion.
    
    
14. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation. To enter this competition, you must consent to receive marketing communications from USN UK.
    
    
15. The winner's name can be obtained by sending a SAR and cover letter to USN UK Ltd, Seven House, High Street, Longbridge, B31 2UQ.
    
    
16. This competition is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
    
    
17. USN does not accept responsibility for any tax or national insurance implications of giving this prize. By agreeing to take part in the competition, the winner is accepting responsibility for managing all insurance, tax, or other costs that may be associated with the prize.
    
    
18. USN is not liable to perform any obligations under the competition or in respect of the prizes where USN will not do so due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Whilst USN may (but is not obliged to) endeavour to provide an alternative prize of equal value, USN shall not be liable to compensate the winner in such circumstances.
    
    
19. The competition opens on Friday, the 5th of July 2024 and closes at 11:59 pm on Sunday, the 21st of July 2024.
