USN-ASDA Ibiza Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is USN UK Ltd, located at Seven House, Longbridge, B31 2UQ.

2. Eligibility

The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of USN UK Ltd, their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization.

Entrants must have access to the internet to enter the competition.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Additional entries from the same individual will be removed.

3. Competition Period

The competition will run from 00:01am 30/09/2024 to 11:59pm 30/11/2024. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

To enter the competition, participants must:

Purchase a USN product from ASDA and keep a till receipt of the purchase.

Visit the competition entry page on the USN website which can be reached via the QR code on display in store, via social media links and directly through https://www.usn.co.uk/pages/asda-comp-entry-form

Enterants must fill in all required information on the entry form including:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Email
• Telephone
• DOB

Finally entrants must also upload a picture of the till receipt used in the purchase and submit the form.

Receipts uploaded from other retailers other than ASDA will not be counted.

5. Prize

Six prizes can be won. One main prize consisting of an all-expenses paid trip to Ibiza up to the value of £2000
or the cash equivalent. Additionally, 5 Runner up prizes are available with
each prize consisting of a
£100 ASDA Gift Card. ASDA Gift Card T&C apply: Terms and

The Main Prize is a trip to Ibiza worth up to £2000. The winner will have the opportunity to choose their holiday dates, itinerary, flights and accommodation with USN after claiming their prize. The prize must be booked within 6 months of the competition closing (31/05/2025).

The main prize is non-exchangeable & non-transferable, however a cash alternative can be offered up to the value of £2000.

Each Runner Up Prize is non-exchangeable & non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

USN UK Ltd reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received during the competition period with in one week of the competition closing.

The winner will be notified by email and or telephone within 14 days of the closing date. If the winner does not respond to the promoter within 30 days of being notified, the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be selected.

7. Publicity

By entering this competition, participants agree to the use
of their name, image, and entry for publicity purposes related to the
competition in any media without additional compensation or prior notice. The winner may be required to
take part in promotional activity related to the competition. The winner
can opt out of this at any time by contacting USN on the email info@usn.co.uk.

8. Data Protection

Any personal data provided in connection with this
competition will be processed in accordance with USN's privacy policy, available here. The data will only be used for
the purposes of administering this competition unless consent is given for
marketing purposes.

Any entrant may request their personal information be removed at any time, however this action will remove the entrant from the competition.

All personal information entered will be deleted within 6 months of the competition close (31/05/2025) or upon successful delivery of all
prizes to the competition winners.

9. Limitation of Liability

USN UK Ltd does not accept responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize.

USN UK Ltd further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to entrants or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in the competition.

10. General

USN UK Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

The decision of USN UK Ltd regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

This competition and its terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
