Breakfast: Protein Pancakes with Nut Butter, Maple Syrup, and Berries We started the day with fluffy and protein-packed pancakes, a fantastic way to kickstart your morning and fuel your body. Adding USN Bluelab Whey vanilla protein powder boosts the protein content and adds a delicious flavour. Ingredients: 1 cup oat flour (blend rolled oats in a food processor if you don't have any pre-made) 1 scoop USN Bluelab Whey Vanilla 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or your preferred milk) 1 large egg 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Toppings: Nut butter (peanut butter, almond butter, etc.), maple syrup, and fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc.) Instructions: Whisk the oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, and cinnamon in a large bowl. Whisk the almond milk, egg, and vanilla extract separately. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Don't overmix! Heat a lightly greased pan or griddle over medium heat. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter per pancake onto the pan. These gummies provide essential amino acids crucial for muscle recovery, hydration, and overall performance. Ingredients: 1/2 cup water 1.5 scoops (around 15g) unflavoured gelatine 1 scoop Nine Amino BCAA powder (your preferred flavour) Silicone moulds (gummy bear or other shapes) Instructions: In a bowl, whisk together the gelatine and water. Let it sit for 5 minutes to allow the gelatine to bloom (absorb the water). Using low heat, simmer the gelatine mixture in a saucepan. Stir constantly for about five minutes, or until the gelatine dissolves completely. Don't let it boil. Remove the pan from the heat and whisk in the BCAA powder, making sure it's fully incorporated.
